Reflections on the 2026 Noovo Campout & Van Life Community
Community, Connection, and the Growing Noovo Movement
May 8, 2026
I’ve been reflecting the second annual Noovo open house and want to share some of those thoughts.
Community. The gathering of Noovos was not only incredible to see, but also powerful in that it was the invisible thread that connected us all. Many of us from all across the U.S. gathered to share stories, meals, experiences, and laughter. This camaraderie and shared love for #NoovoLife was palpable.
From the beginning at check-in, Marcy, Ally, and I watched acquaintances reunite, old friends deepen their bonds, and new friendships grow. As we gathered in a circle to share food, the energy was buzzing. Then Paul (affectionately known as one of the “Frenchies” who co-founded this company) came to welcome everyone.

Van Tours, Creativity, and Community
The morning began with van tours and everyone showcasing their decorating prowess, hacks, and useful modifications. We then loaded the bus and headed to Headquarters for warehouse tours, meeting employees, and seeing each model: Noovo Lite, Plus, and Next.
A sea of owners in white T-shirts representing all of the individuals that Noovo has touched walked together. That in itself was amazing to see. As current owners mingled with those who are still looking, there was a message sent: if you purchase a van, you also get a community. The value in this is GOLD.
That evening, everyone gathered for a barbecue dinner, group photo, and stargazing with John, Karen, and Teddy. As the sun set, the full moon rose, creating quite the auspicious metaphor for the culmination and achievement felt at Noovo.
A magic moment of Noovo was felt when several people who were just looking at buying a van but hadn’t purchased yet were invited to the campground to join the family fun. The welcome and open arms of this company is felt by anyone who comes in contact with them. It truly feels like a chosen family.

The Noovo Caravan Experience
Croissants and coffee for breakfast is a French favorite and tradition. This fueled our Sunday. Neal, another lead ambassador, kindly made himself available to assist with any van adjustments and fixes.
With great anticipation came the pinnacle moment — a caravan of 28 Noovos driving to Headquarters. We all circled up in a well-organized fashion, then one by one we hit the road. It felt like a huge serpent or, as Ally would say, a line dance. The energy was high and it was felt by all who participated.
Tears of joy flowed as we all felt part of something much bigger.
Noovo is not just a van company; it is a movement.
This was a dream come true for those of us who have been with Noovo since the beginning.
““Noovo is not just a van company; it is a movement.””

The Heart Behind Noovo
That day at HQ was where the heart of Noovo really shined. Community members were nurtured with workshops to help them feel more confident on the road. Lead ambassadors shared their stories of living in their vans and why they continue to support Noovo after all these years.
The bottom line seemed to be:
Quality
Service
Community
Then, the strength behind the vans spoke up and were seen: the employees. They are the reason that we can be on the road. No matter what role they play, they all have a part in changing people’s lives. Their presence and input helped us all see the love they put into these vans.
They know that they are building homes on wheels and treat them as such. They are the foundation of this growing community and deserve all the recognition they receive and more.

The Founders and the Vision
And then there are the founders. The “Frenchies,” as we call them, are a group of four friends who came over from France to live the American dream. They wanted to build something big, and their vision has come to fruition.
Paul, Ben, Antoine A., and Antoine B. started this company from their garage. (Their story is here.) It has grown from eleven employees when we met them in 2022 to now over 100 employees in 2026.
Paul’s vision, Ben’s marketing, Antoine A’s design creativity, and Antoine B’s financial expertise are the cornerstones on which this company has grown.
Marcy and I fell in love with them and the company in 2021 when we discovered that they embody the values their company is built upon. Their commitment to keeping their owners happy and on the road is felt in many ways.
They treat their employees with respect and empower them to work creatively and independently. Rounds are made every morning to check in with employees to be sure their needs are met and they are heard. Employees are not just hired to do a job — they are hired to be a good fit for the Noovo team.
This is the way Noovo creates its magic. There is pride in what they do and a loyalty to the brand that takes care of them. This transfers directly into the product they build and is palpable throughout the company and community alike.

The Future of the Noovo Community
This Noovo family is growing, evolving, and will continue as long as there are dreamers and doers.
And maybe that is what makes Noovo feel so special. It is not simply about vans. It is about connection, freedom, adventure, and building a life that feels aligned with who you truly are. Watching this community continue to grow has been both inspiring and deeply emotional, and we feel grateful to be part of it.
Adventure On.
